Pukekohe Aged Care Unit

Pukekohe Hospital currently has 45 staff covering 30 beds.

The service is managed by an Operations Manager, Registered Nurses, Allied Health Professionals and Health Care Assistants and supported by local General Practitioners and the Community Geriatrician from CMDHB.

Pukekohe Hospital hosts the Mobile Surgical Unit every six weeks offering minor surgery on referral.

A Maternity service still operates at Pukekohe. Home Health Care, Public Health Nurses and Counties Home Care are also based at the Hospital.
